2. Strictly adjust the distance according to the thickness of the cylinder paper, and don't overwork. The mechanical properties cannot be restored. The pressure of the workpiece exceeds the predetermined range.

5. For hot-rolled thick, larger cylinders or a larger piece of material, the pneumatic tool should move the roller and roll it again and again to form a small drop.

6. For cold-rolled narrow drums, the shearing machine manufacturer should place it on the drum and roll it in the middle.

7. After the workpiece enters the roll, prevent hands and clothes from participating in the roll.

Three, the matters needing attention stop

1. When the machine operator finds abnormal sound of the shearing machine, he should stop the machine immediately for inspection, adjustment and repair.

2. Isolating switch, disconnect the power supply.

3. After the designated place where the workpiece stops.
